Who is responsible
ohmio.dev is run by Cristian Bedoya, in Envigado, Colombia. He decides how the data is used and answers every question, request or complaint about it: write to hello@ohmio.dev.
What we collect
Only your email address, and only if you sign up to hear about new circuits. The site sets no cookies and has no third-party trackers. Visits are counted by Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and keeps no IP address: we see totals per page, country and device, never who you are. When a link to the site carries a campaign (for example, the link under a video), we count that one visit by its campaign, page, language and country, with nothing that identifies you.
What it is for
To send you an email when a new circuit is out, about twice a month. Nothing else, and we never sell or share your address.
Who processes it
The list lives with our email provider (MailerLite, with servers outside Colombia), which sends the emails on our behalf and under its own security. Signing up means you accept that transfer.
How long
Your address stays on the list while you are subscribed. When you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, it is deleted. This policy is in force from 2026-11-01.
Your rights
Under Colombian law (Ley 1581 de 2012) you can know, update, correct and delete your data, and withdraw your consent at any time. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link; for anything else write to hello@ohmio.dev and we answer within 15 business days.
Videos
A video loads from YouTube (youtube-nocookie.com) only when you press play; until then the page sends nothing to YouTube.
